Vishal is the Director Finance. Vishal brings 20+ years of financial planning and analysis, business finance and contracting and statutory legal and compliance to his role.

An MBA in finance and administration and has established himself as a finance leader who always strives for shareholder value creation. Vishal has vast experience in managing corporate governance, treasury and funding, M&A, taxation, financial accounting, and reporting.

He works closely with the Chairman and Board of Directors on strategy and doesn't shy from recommending strategic moves. Vishal’s ability to control expenses without sacrificing customer or employee satisfaction are some of his strengths.

Guides the finance and accounting team and keeps a broad view of the organizational financial health , allowing the Chairman as well as peers to focus on their own goals and operational issues.
