Project Brief

Amber House was built in 1950’s was installed with the electrical systems at that time. Which was accommodating the Ministry of Energy & mineral development team along with other ministry officials. They always had a plan to upgrade and modernize the complete electrical system to the present standards and updated energy saving systems, which will help MEMD to reduce operational energy costs and improve building internal appearance and operations.

The key deliverables of this project were to design, supply, install & commission the following components:

  • Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS) System: supplied with communication modules suitable to integrate with Building Management Solutions (BMS).
  • Power monitoring System supplied with Power Monitor software and Energy meters (60 Nos) all associated accessories for the complete monitoring of energy consumption and real time updates.
  • Fire Alarm & Suppression Systems: supplied with Fire suppression cylinders, Addressable Fire Alarm Panels, Smoke detectors, Heat, Break glass points and other associated accessories.
  • CCTV System: supplied with CCTV Monitoring Systems, Cameras, Network Switches, Network video recorders (NVR) and other associated accessories.
  • Voice and Data Systems: supplied with Network Switches, Data outlets, Server racks, Cabling, and other associated accessories.
  • Smart Lighting System: supplied with an new tech low power consumption LED lights, Cabling and other associated accessories.
