Ajay Singh is the Plant Manager at Sevenhills Limited Cable division, a leading Cable manufacturing Plant in East Africa Uganda.

As Factory Manager Ajay is responsible for Plant Operations and Drawing up plans for expansion/diversification, integration, automation, etc. Planning for improvements in the plant, modernization, efficiencies in operations through various methods investing in newer technology, becoming more environmentally friendly, etc.

Ajay has over 18 years of experience in Operations Management in the Wires and cable Industry. He worked with several Fortune companies like Vedanta, Havells, Finolex ,Lapp India , Gulf cables Qatar . He has a proven ability to achieve operations Goals, take full ownership of production planning and control processes, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet production targets. Implement and optimize production schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of Manufacturing products.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, he has more than 18 Years experience in Plant Operations.
